Bitter Grapefruit Marmalade - from the lovely John's backyard.  Thrid Prize:  Perth Royal Show 2013
Lemon & Ginger Marmalade - from Joan's Meyer Lemons
*NEW Cumquat Marmalade (small only) - from Mar's tree
Orange Marmalade with Star Anise - from Fay & Cam's beautiful Bedfordale orchard
Mandarin Cordial - from the lovely Jess' backyard and from John's backyard
Tangelo Cordial - from Peta's dad's backyard
Orange Cordial - from my backyard
Lime Cordial - from Min's & John's beautiful Lime trees
Mulberry Syrup - from the very generous tree in the very generous Carol's front garden
Cumquat Roasting Glaze - a beautiful blend of cumquat marmalade and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from Pemberton.  Perfect for Christmas ham or as a marinade for barbequed chicken or pork
Loquat Paste - from my tree :)  Thanks me!
*NEW Preserved Lime - from John's beautiful tree.  This is quite a sweet, Indian style pickle, absolutely packed with flavour.

Certified Organic Products:
Nectarine Chutney - beautiful nectarines from Gingin - sold out, back December 2013
Apple, Lemon & Cardamom Chutney - lovely sundowner apples from the south-west.  Great with cheese
Nashi Pear & Cardamom Chutney - a subtle chutney with Donnybrook Nashi Pears.
Mango Chutney - sweet, spicy chutney, beautiful with a hot Indian curry - sold out, back in February 2014.  Nope, sorry - it was a terrible year for mangoes so I wasn't able to source any cheap enough to make this.  Hopefully worth the wait till Feb 2015!  Sounds so long away but will go by in a blink no doubt
Green Tomato Chutney - sweet, spicy with amazing depth of flavour.  Great in wraps
Veggie Stock Concentrate - now available and soon to be certified :)
Apricot Jam - lovely apricots from Gingin - very limited supply.  First Prize:  Perth Royal Show 2013 Sold out, and sadly a bad season for stone fruit means no 2014 vintage.  Eagerly awaiting Spring for some more glorious apricots.
Strawberry & Vanilla Jam - amazing fruit from Albany - limited supply
Plum Jam - a not too sweet jam from Donnybrook blood plums and black amber plums.  Highly Commended:  Perth Royal Show 2013
Pear & Vanilla Jam - limited stock made from Donneybrook Pears
Passionfruit Curd - wahoo!  I've sourced some beautiful (in conversion) Biodynamic passionfruit from Harvey
*NEW Peach & Pepper Jam - I am obsessed with this jam, which has lovely peach flavour subtlely laced with hints of cracked black pepper.  Made to go with cheese, but it is a winner on beautiful sourdough, and great with roast pork instead of apple sauce.  The fruit is from a small grower in Jarrahdale.
*NEW Pickled Quince - coming soon and oh so good.  Fruit from Jarrahdale, Apple Cider Vinegar from Pemberton.  Good with... everything!  YUM!
*NEW Pickled Zuchini - a sweet pickle with subtle Indian spices which is great with curries, but equally good as a flavour punch in wraps and sandwiches.
